The Our Mothers and Fathers Ministry is dedicated to nurturing the spiritual, emotional, social, and physical well-being of our seniors (65 years and older) while encouraging fellowship, purpose, and continued involvement in the work of the Lord.
Like Psalm 92:12–13 tells us, The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God”, we believe our Mothers and Fathers remain valued, relevant, and cherished members of our church family.
With a Vision of ‘creating a loving, faith-filled community where our seniors are valued, supported, and actively involved in the work of the Lord’. The Church seeks to provide meaningful opportunities for them to share their wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and lived experiences, while remaining spiritually strong and socially connected. Through fellowship, service, and worship, our seniors joyfully continue to share God’s love.
The ministry is committed to promoting the seniors wellness, dignity, and sense of purpose, while offering enriching activities that strengthen bonds and celebrate their role as treasured members of our church family.
