The Seventh Day Church of God (Reformed) Inc. continues to grow. In this 65^th year, the Board of Directors have approved a new governance structure effective February 5, 2025.  The following is an explanation of the approved Organization chart:

1. The Board of Directors shares oversight with the Overseer who bears overall responsibility for the church and who serves as Chairman of the Board.
2. All Boards and committees related to all the 30 assemblies, fall under the umbrella of the Church Board.
3. The executive structure of the church now consists of an Overseer, a Deputy Overseer, and two Assistant Overseers (one with responsibility for Ministry and Evangelism and the other with responsibility for Programmes and Auxiliaries).
4. The Assistant Overseer for Ministry and Evangelism has oversight for the Bible Study Committee and the newly constructed Evangelism Committee. The emphasis of this portfolio is on the winning of souls.
5. The Assistant Overseer for Programmes and Auxiliaries has oversight for the Children’s Sabbath School, The Youth Oversight Council and Special Services and Programmes. The emphasis of this portfolio is on retaining souls, once they are won. Programmes will also include developmental activities.
6. Each Assistant Overseer also provides supervision of the ministerial body in concert with the Overseer and Deputy Overseer.
7. The next rung on the structure is Pastors, followed by Evangelists, then Deacons, Deaconesses and Ushers.
8. The Overseer, Deputy Overseer, and Assistant Overseers form the Central Executive of the Church.
